When More Magazine's Sarah Moore was planning a weekend away, she called a long-time friend and headed west. Little did she know her girlfriend getaway, complete with spa and outdoor fitness, was a resort retreat that's attracted an all-female clientele for over 30 years.

"What do we want?" shouts a pretty blond woman in the middle of a wooded path. "Sexy arms!" she answers herself. "What have we got?" she bellows. "Sexy arms!" we cry out.

We are a sight: a group of women stretching coloured exercise bands above our heads, bouncing up and down, huffing and puffing, shouting out this call-and-response routine. Continue reading.

    Lake Louise Inn and the Mountain Escape Program are pleased to welcome Morag Mottram back as the Program’s certified hiking guide and fitness instructor. Morag will provide guests with personal training sessions upon request. Yoga specialist Natalie Forrest also returns to the Program to teach a series of yoga classes and lead a silent meditation nature walk. Heather Hogan will teach fitness movement classes and provide hot stone massage.

    Special guest speakers include Brian Keating, videographer and Curator of the Calgary Zoo.
